No More Sick House

Well, we are five days out from our ER visit and Everly is well!  Walker ended up with a fever on Tuesday evening, but it only lasted 12 hours.  There hasn't been a fever in this house since Tuesday.  Praise God.

And, do you know what happened today???  Everly went to our church summer playdate.  From 9:30-2:30.  Five hours.  Did I mention, Walker was there, too? Yep, they'll both be going twice a week for the next five weeks.  I'm not sure what I'm going to do with myself.  Today I started with cleaning out the fridge AND pantry.  If I stay on this pace, our house will look like a whole new place!!!

I wanted to share a few things about our almost one-year old girl.  Everly officially has TWO teeth now.  It took her almost a year, but she'll have two bottom teeth for her birthday party this weekend.

She's also starting to officially walk.  She'll take 6-10 steps at a time... many times throughout the day.

She despises having a bow in her hair, which is very sad for her mommy.  My goal is to get one picture with a bow during her party... wish me luck.

Everly has also reached a big milestone... throwing her hands up in the air when we say "touchdown".  The girl is ready for fall.  And, just as she hit that milestone, Walker hit the milestone of being able to say "touchdown"!  He is ready for fall, too.  Can you tell that they are our children?

Other Everly milestones... she claps and gives kisses.  Should I mention that the kisses are usually open-mouth?

I truly cannot believe that she's almost one. Time flies when you're having fun.

Speaking of fun.... I had to include this video.  It was taken at 12:30 am while we were in the ER.  She was definitely feeling better.

Silly, silly girl!
