We finally got it on camera. Everly's adorable belly laugh.
How can this not make you smile?!
Love it!
Have you ever wondered why, when and where nicknames came from? I call my brother Googie. Seriously, I call him Googie. We are both grown adults, yet I could never call him Chris. Too weird. Well, I have a feeling that a nickname is being formed. Walker was only talking giberish, but now, it's turning into words. I figured out today that instead of calling his sister Everly, he is calling her LeeLee. Who knows if it will stick, but if it does, I can look back at the blog and know exactly how and when it started!

Thanksgiving Fun
I love the holidays. I know that I'm not alone, but I really do love them. I always have, but I love them more now that I have kids. Thanksgiving weekend was such a fun time for Walker because he LOVED playing with his cousins. We went to Lufkin and Walker played with Kyle, Anna and Aidan. Then we went to Bentwater and he played with Ryder, Carson and Savannah. He was in heaven. So fun to see.
And, I have to apologize in advance... there aren't that many pictures of Everly! I guess she was asleep when I had the camera out. Although, that shouldn't be too surprising... I guess if she's awake, she's in my arms! No camera in sight. But, I promise she was around and having a good time.
So, here are the plethora of pictures!
I love adding pictures from the farm because there are always so many activities!
Check out the fall leaves!

And, we always have fun on a hay ride. Walker and Everly loved it!

Walker was a big help in the kitchen!

Here's the one rough-house picture I got! Ryder and Walker playing football!

Saturday night we went to the Christmas festival in Bentwater. It was great fun. The Snow cousins rode a camel!

Walker got his face painted and a candy cane hat.

Yes, it was all a little overwhelming. But, he just took it all in with Bunny and RayRay.

And, then it was time to see SANTA! Walker was okay when he had his cousins with him.

Not of fan of sitting there by himself!

Yep, saved the best for last! That picture is so classic!

New Things!
So, I'm blogging from my iPhone! Very exciting. I have lots of thanksgiving pictures and updates, but haven't had a chance to sit at the computer. But the good news... I can take pictures from my phone and put them right on the blog.
Everly did TWO new things today... Had fun in the jumper and ate squash! She loved it.

Everly's Dedication
Clark and I are blessed to be a part of a wonderful church. And, this weekend we felt even more blessed as we dedicated Everly in front of our church family. If you are wondering what a dedication is... it's a public commitment for the parents to raise their child in the Christian way. We promised to teach Everly about God and encourage her to make Jesus her personal savior.
It was a wonderful weekend and Everly and Walker got to spend time with all of their grandparents!
Here are some fun pictures. Everly at the dedication dinner on Friday:

Ready for Sunday morning!

Big brother is ready, too!

Our special girl with Mommy and Daddy:

The Wood family (we couldn't get Walker to show his precious smile, he needed a nap!):

Our sweet little girl is officially five months old. I can't believe how time flies! She and Walker are so much fun together. In fact, tonight those two cracked us up... they were laughing at each other. Truly, the most wonderful noise in the entire world! Everly's laugh is so funny because it's not dainty. A true belly laugh. I promise to get video of it and post it soon.

Back in the Routine
I realized today that I hadn't taken a single picture since we got home from our trip. Weird.
But, my family was too cute today, so the camera came back out. We had a great day... church, nap (for all of us!), play time, etc.
I love it when the whole family (including Remy) is in the floor!

My handsome boy.

And, sweet girl.

This goes down as the cutest picture EVER. Sweetest big brother in the world!

Melts. My. Heart.
And, I have to mention a little football! This is probably a topic that Clark doesn't want me to bring up. But, I keep telling him, at least he has the Frogs!!! TCU is officially #3 and I am loving it. There's a BCS show every Sunday on ESPN and most of the commentators believe TCU should play for a national championship if #1 or #2 end up with one loss(Herbstreet, of all people, is the one holdout, ugh).
So, I'm pulling for ANYONE who plays Oregon and Auburn. Go Arizona, Oregon State, Georgia, Alabama and all the rest!

Is This His Sport?
We were enjoying the beautiful weather today and Walker was practicing a little tee-ball! I thought I would share this super cuteness.
The one thing this video doesn't capture... that last hit ALMOST smacked his sister! Although, I'm thinking Everly will get used to catching stuff from Walker!

Halloween Island Style
We were still in the Bahamas for Halloween, but we still celebrated. Here are a few pictures of my little cow and little pig!

These were very comfy outfits for the plane!
Walker was not a fan of the hat!

I love this picture. Walker in his cow outfit looking at the ocean! I don't think he wanted to leave!

Bye, Bye Bahamas!

More from the Bahamas
I know I promised more pictures from the Bahamas a week ago... sorry it took so long. I had big plans of writing little, witty stories about the trip, but it just didn't happen. Time gets away from me! But, I am adding the pictures, so that's a victory!
Walker waiting to board an airplane for the very first time!

How cute is this?!?!? Walker and Everly were so good and enjoyed playing in the hotel room!

This could be my favorite picture from the whole trip. Daddy and Walker took a walk around the grounds. That little wave is priceless!

Bunny enjoying both Walker and Everly on the beach.

Everly LOVED the water. She kicked and kicked and was so happy in the pool. I can't wait to get her in our pool next summer!

Everly loved the balcony. Although with the view we had, who wouldn't!

Bunny also loved the balcony. They were both very relaxed!

I had to document these two at Atlantis. That place is a madhouse!

Walker really enjoyed the aquarium at Atlantis. Lots of fun big fish to look at!

Walker showing Daddy a stingray.

I love this picture. My two favorite guys!

My one takeaway from traveling with two babes under two... we did the hardest possible trip first. We had a layover in Miami that included taking a bus out to the prop plane. Not easy. If we take a non-stop flight it will seem like a dream!!!

Bahamas!
We had so much fun!!!! Walker and Everly were WONDERFUL travelers. Seriously, they did amazing. It isn't easy getting two kids under two on and off planes, but we did it.
I'm so glad Bunny came with us. I couldn't have made it without her. And, since she was there, I got to go to one of Clark's work dinners and meet a lot of wonderful people that I had heard about for years. And, the next night we got to have a date night alone. It was so perfect!!!
Here is a list of big parts of the trip:
- Walker liked the beach, but wasn't a big fan of the water. The waves were huge, so not much playing
- They both loved the pool. Everly kicked her feet like crazy! We may have a swimmer on our hands
- The hotel/resort was incredible. A beautiful place that brought champagne and strawberries to the room every night. That explains it all!
- Atlantis was like Disney World on crack. Our kids need to be older to enjoy it
- Walker is a whiz at the ipad. He loves that thing
- Bunny got to fly home on the corporate jet. Seriously!
I am only posting a few pictures right now... there is too much laundry to do! But, I hope to post more and give more stories soon!
