Everly's First Birthday Party!

I have to start with this... I mentioned in my last post that Everly despises her bows.  Well, she decided to prove me wrong!  She kept her precious, purple bow in for her entire party!  Such a good girl.  And, she had such a fantastic time!

Although, when you have a party skirt like this, how could you NOT have fun!

Would it be weird if I got a matching one?

Everly really got into opening her presents... she went after each one with gusto!

She loved pulling tissue paper out of bags and pulling on ribbons...

How fun.... a new tea set!

After opening all of her adorable presents, it was time for a cupcake... she was ready!

Again, I have to mention the skirt.  I had no idea that it would be up behind her neck while eating a cupcake... I love it!

She wasn't so sure about that candle!

Everly actually stayed pretty clean considering she was eating a bright purple cupcake.  But, her brother was quick to point out when she had something on her face!

I'm so glad that she had such a fun day.

Walker wasn't very excited to take a family picture, so Clark bribed him with cupcake... this is what we got:

Can I mention that Clark and I both look pretty good in this picture?  Too bad Everly isn't looking and Walker's mouth is full of cupcake!  And, here's another shot.  This one makes me laugh... I love that Clark and I are smiling at each other and the kids look like they could care less!

 

I guess that's what happens when you have a two-year old and a ONE-year old.  How is that possible?!?!?  I swear, it was just yesterday that I was pregnant!
