Disney Final Day

So, with one day left, we had to make sure to hit all the exciting stuff.  That morning, we had the magic hour.  We were in the park right after 8 and made it to the line to see Elsa and Anna.  We were sure we would make it early enough to NOT have a super long wait.  WRONG.  We were at the line at 8:13 and it was a three and a half hour wait.  What???  But, our little princess really wanted to meet them, so we decided to try.  Clark and Walker ran off to ride some fun rides with short lines.  They actually got stuck on Thunder Mountain.  How sad.  Then, I made friends with the lady in front of me in line.  We held each other's place and were able to get some rides in during that horrific wait.

Although, Everly stayed entertained.

And, finally, there she was…. Elsa.

Everly was very happy to see her.

And, you can't tell in this photo, but so was Walker.

Get this…. after that LONG wait, it was just Elsa.  No Anna.  Both kids wondered where she was.  We would have been VERY sad if we had done all that waiting for no Elsa.  They would have been heartbroken.  But, all in all, the wait was worth it.

Then we were off to California Adventure again.    We ran into some friends on the way.

One of our favorite rides was Toy Story Mania… it's 3D, so we got the cool glasses.

And, Everly wanted to see one of her other favorite princesses…. Sofia.

And, Walker was happy to see Mater.

It was a great last day. The next morning we got up and flew home.  The princess bun lasted more than 48 hours.

This is what it looked like when we took it down:

Lots of curls and a special "spa" wash with her head in the sink.

She loved it!

Clark and I have talked about this trip so many times and how wonderful it was.  The kids were SO good and it was just great fun.  We don't have babies anymore.  Airplanes rides are exciting and fun.  No longer stressful.  They were both model travelers. Plus, there's no more packing tons of junk.  No more bottles or diapers.  I LOVE it!  This stage is so very wonderful!

We can't wait to have many more wonderful adventures!
