Everly's Prayer

I love Everly's bedtime prayers.  I have to share the one from tonight.

Dear Jesus,

Thank you for Mommy and Daddy.

Thank you for Superhero and Princess (that would be Walker and Everly! Ha!).

Thank you for Bunny and RayRay and Nanna and Bubba.

Thank you for Ms. Robin, Ms. Janet and Ms. Ellie.

Thank you for Ms. Gayle.

Mommy, can I pray for the ducks? ( I told her, of course.)

Thank you for the ducks.

Mommy, can I pray for Callie?  (That's Ms. Gayle's cat, again I said, of course.)

Thank you for Callie.

AMEN.

She is so funny.  She followed up the prayer with asking if we could sing Jesus Loves Me.  So, so sweet.  It's nice to be able to have these sweet moments.  Especially at bedtime.  It makes me forget that she wouldn't mind all day long!
