Remy had to go to the happy hunting ground. She had been declining and her quality of life isn't what it used to be, so we knew a decision was coming. But, unfortunately, she had an accident and the decision was made for us. As we got to the farm yesterday, she fell out of the car and hit her head, hard. Poor girl.
She's been a wonderful companion. I got her when I was a single gal, living inTyler.
She proceeded to travel all the time and was always, always the friendliest dog ever! I went back and found some great pictures of her.
She got a daddy!
And, a brother (which meant lots of new snacks!)
Like everyone else, he loved to make her SING!
And, she got a sister:

She found the perfect spots for naps:
And, had her own stocking.

What a wonderful dog she was. So sorry that you are without her, but thankful you rescued her and provided such a great life.
That post just made me cry. Especially the last two photos.
