One Little Victory at a Time

Everly is six weeks old today. I can't believe it. It seems crazy that she's already six weeks, but at the same time, I can't remember life without her!

We are in a really good routine and Clark and I have gotten used to having two babies! Each and every day we accomplish what I call a little victory. Here's a list of "little victories" under my belt:

-taking both kids to Sam's (all by myself)

-getting both kids ready, out the door and on time for church

-napping at the same time! (they did this on Sunday and Clark and I got to relax in the pool for two whole hours!)

-meeting friends for lunch (okay, Clark and I have taken them out to eat several times. This is easy with both of us... one parent for each child. But, yesterday I took both of them to meet Susie and her twin boys... don't you know the restaurant was thrilled to see us coming. Three 18 month old boys and a new baby!!!)

There are lots more, but that's just a little sample. I like being able to try new things with the kids and then feel the sense of accomplishment when it's successful!

Since I haven't blogged in a week I'll add a few new pictures.

Walker has been eating with a fork for several weeks now:

The little beauty on her quilt (my friend Jessica made this for her!):

Since I got the new IPhone, Walker got my old blackberry. Clark says he got this from me... not him:
