Fun Saturday

We've had some gorgeous weather this spring, so we decided to take advantage of the sunshine and go to Kemah!!!  How fun.

We watched a bunch of sailboats and rode some rides.

I love this selfie....

We were on the train.... my family makes me happy!

Walker continues to be our little ride lover.... he wanted to ride everything!  He and I did the Drop Zone, then he went with daddy on the big ship.....

You can't see him, but he's way up there!

It was such a fun little getaway!

The next day there was more sunshine.... So, we played baseball in the backyard....

That is my most favorite view!

Sunday Best

The kids were thrilled to wake up on Easter morning to realize that the Easter Bunny paid them a visit!

Lots of fun snacks and activities.  Walker got a new "weather center".  He seriously wants to be a weather man when he grows up.  He loves his new tool.  He's always quick to tell us whats going outside.  I like his passion about it!

After all that excitement, we got dressed for church.  Oh my, look at this preciousness....

We had a great morning at church, and the kids were in fantastic during the service.

After church, we went to a new restaurant row and had lunch at Del Friscos Grille.  It was delicious and the kids were really good the entire time.  A sweet lady came over to us and told us how well behaved our kids are.  What a lovely compliment!  They are pretty good.... if I do say so!

After lunch, they were ready to run around.  Unfortunately for them.... it meant mommy got to take some more pictures.

Such precious little loves!!!

Happy Easter!

Easter weekend means fun egg hunts!  Thankfully, Bunny and RayRay like to hide eggs!

Bunny and RayRay also put money in the eggs.  The kids REALLY like that!

And, they have to crack some eggs on each other's heads....

Such a fun time and some fun pictures to go with it:

After all the egg hunting, it was time to dye some eggs....

They did a great job!  It was a fun filled day and they were pooped.  They even managed to sleep in the same bed that night.

Awwww, such sweeties.

Bluebonnets!

The kids had the day off for Good Friday, so we took off to find some bluebonnets! Aren't they precious?!?!

The dogs got to be in pic!

I even made them run through the flowers.  Haha.

I know every parent feels this, but sometimes, you look up and realize you have big kids!  I feel like they look SO grown up in these pictures!  Such precious kiddos.

A Laid Back Spring Break

No big plans for Spring Break this year!  Except for a much anticipated visit from Ryder!  We decided to head down to Houston for a day at the rodeo.  I'm not sure how we managed it, but it was 90 degrees!  Yikes.

We still had fun....

All three of them enjoyed the petting zoo....

And, Walker and Ryder enjoyed the rides!

One afternoon we relaxed and cooled off with some Chiller Bee.

And, we ended the visit with something Walker had been waiting months and months for.... Star Wars!

Yes, we finally saw The Force Awakens.  It was fantastic.  Ryder loved seeing it for a second time, Walker was over the moon and Everly tolerated it.
It was a great way to wrap up our time with Ryder!

After Ryder was safely back in GP, we went to the farm! Everyone was ready for a jeep ride!

Our time at the farm was also very laid back.... we all enjoyed it!

I'm always a fan of a big adventure, but I enjoyed our laid back Spring Break.  We all had fun and that's what matters!

Fun Snapshots

More "just because" pictures!  Elsa loves putting the kids to bed.  She really wants to sleep with Walker:

Clark was out of town, so we sent him a good morning picture:

Everly loves coloring!

And, she loves Anna.

Baseball is Back

Walker started baseball again this year.  But, with many big changes.  First, we are in the Conroe league instead of Montgomery, and, it's coach pitch!  Practices were a little intimidating.  Probably more for mommy.  A lot of these kids are really, really good.  So, Walker has a lot to learn.  But, we feel confident that he will.  He's already making good progress and enjoying it.

In an effort to show Walker the "big boys" we went to Minute Maid to watch the Frogs!  How fun.  PePaw and Maggie and Sara and Ken joined us.  Clark knows the owner of the Astros and he hooked us up with amazing seats….

Such cuties!!!

It's time for Opening Day!

Sisters helping cheer on the boys.

And, up next… our first official game.  Walker was two for two and got the game ball!  Wow!!!!!!  We are so proud of him.  Coach Cody is really great.  Super encouraging and helpful but forceful when he needs to be.  Walker really likes him.

We hope he continues to hit the ball well and have a great season.  Go Rangers!
