Our Little Fish

A couple of videos from our swimming fish!  It sure is fun to have kids and a pool!

Bentwater Resort

We are so excited that Bunny and RayRay have found really nice friends in Bentwater.  More exciting....  that they found friends that have an amazing house.  Really exciting... that their friends are kind enough to invite the Wood children over for a playdate!

Clark was in Bermuda last week, so I took Walker and Everly to Bentwater to spend the night.  Everly has to bring a lot of stuff.

We had a fun evening, then got up the next morning for an exciting day.  We got to go to Bob and Michele's house......  Mom and Ray call it the resort.  I see why.  It is an amazing house on the lake.

With a FANTASTIC pool!  The kids got to swim with their grandchildren and everyone had a great time.

Playing in the fountains.

Bunny and Everly are cute!  And, check out the view!

Everly loved the fountains!

Under the bridge!

So fun!
Walker's swimming skills get better everyday.  I'm so proud of him!  And, Hurricane Everly is very brave!  She's not really swimming yet, but she's improving, as well.

I sure hope we get invited to the resort again soon!

More Ryder

Silly me.... when I did my Ryder post, I forgot to pull stuff from my phone!!!!  Everly was all about her cousin!

And, here are a couple of videos of Ryder being the "bedtime police!"

So cute.  I'm so glad they all had such a good time!

Cousin Ryder

What a fun summer..... Savannah came to visit, then Carson, and finally, Ryder!!!  He spent the week with Bunny and RayRay and got to go to camp Bentwater.  We went to visit one afternoon and he asked if he could come to our house.  Of course, Aunt Deana was thrilled.  Even more thrilled.... Walker and Everly.  They got Ryder all to themselves for an entire weekend!

Ryder is such a sweet boy.... he's great with his younger cousins.  I think they all had a great time playing!  Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow for swimming.  So, video games and glow in the dark putt putt worked for entertainment.

Here are lots of pics from our fun time!

Ryder didn't wear a shirt, so guess who decided he didn't need one either!

Shuffleboard fun!

Bunny helping Everly play.  She's surprisingly good!

So sweet.

Love this one!  The little cousins want to be just like Ryder!

Silly times at the table!

Arcade time!  Yep, Ryder's mini me right with him.

Notice a trend?

All three sweeties playing!

Putt putt!  They loved it!

The boys with their gorilla friend.

What's in here??

Love that they love each other!

He's such a sweet boy with a sweet smile!

Using chopsticks for the first time!  He's a pro.
We really enjoyed having our little buddy hang with us!  Can't wait until next time!

Two Thumbs Up

We had another first yesterday.... Walker got to go to the movie for the first time!!

Daddy and I took him to see Brave.  In typical Walker fashion... he was great.  Sat in his chair and watched every minute.  He was more interested in the gummy bears than the popcorn, which surprised me!   I don't know if he loved the whole experience, but he certainly seemed to enjoy himself!

I attempted to get a picture of him in front of the Brave poster.....

But, he wanted to stand in front of this one.

Sorry buddy, no Spiderman for you, yet!

And, just because they are cute, I'm including a few other pictures:

Fun at the park!

Check out that air!

Look at that sweet smile!

Happy 4th of July

It is weird having the 4th in the middle of the week!  But, we managed to make the most of it.

Is there anything cuter than patriotic babes in a wagon?

We participated in a tiny little neighborhood parade.  Everly loved having her own flag.

Daddy with his two cuties.

I wanted to have a cute shot of Ev's darling dress!

The firefighters showed up and let us check out the truck!

Later in the day, Jen and Pedro came over.  This is big fun, because that means that W and E get to play with Isabel!

Hot dogs for everyone!

It was a big day!  I have to include this picture.

Yep, that's Everly almost completely out!  Very unusual for our little hurricane who never stops!  I guess that means it was a good day.

On the agenda for next year?  Fireworks!

Cousin Carson

When Bunny took Savannah back, she picked up another cousin!  Walker and Everly are always so excited to play with Carson!

Hanging with their cousin!

Walker watching Carson do a puzzle.
How cute are these two???
So, Carson has the sweetest heart.  Bunny had recently told her that Walker really liked the movie, Bambi.  Well, when she arrived, she had a very special present for him.  She brought him her stuffed Bambi and Thumper.  When she gave them to him, she said, "They are really from Uncle Googie, since he's the one who gave them to me."  Goodness, she melts my heart.  What a thoughtful and sweet girl she is.  I asked her if she wanted to keep them since her Daddy had given them to her.  Her response, "No, they are for Walker now."

I'd say he likes them!

Ryder is here this week.... looking forward to more fun with cousins!!!!!
